1. Booking Process
- To reserve a room, guests must provide a valid credit card and personal details.
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- Booking confirmation will be sent upon successful reservation.
2. Payment and Rates
- Room rates are quoted in rupees and subject to taxes.
- A deposit or full payment is required at booking.
- Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or online payment systems.
- Card payments may incur additional charges.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Full refunds for cancellations made 14 days before arrival.
- Cancellation within 7 days may incur a fee.
- No refunds for no-shows or early checkouts.
4. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in from 2:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM.
- Early check-in or late check-out subject to availability and extra fees.
- A valid ID and booking credit card are required at check-in.
5. Guest Behavior
- Respectful behavior towards guests and staff is required.
- No loud noises, parties, or disruptive behavior.
- Management reserves the right to evict violators without refunds.
6. Pets and Smoking Policy
- Pets are not allowed on the premises.
- Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
7. Health and Safety
- Guests must follow health and safety guidelines, including COVID-19 protocols where applicable.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
- Guest data is used for reservations and not shared with third parties, except as required by law.
9. Modifications to Terms
- The resort reserves the right to modify terms and conditions at any time.
